Joyce was super helpful in locating my package. She went above in beyond in calling several of the FedEx locations in the effort to locate the package. She deserves to be recognized by FedEx for her outstanding customer service. Thank you

I was there to pick up a package. The worker who helped me was very polite and professional, and while I was waiting for him to bring my package, a very polite guy approached said hi and shook hands I think he’s the manager on site, very polite guy never seen something like this in a very long time. This location is 10/10

I simply needed to drop off a pre paid package. They were easy to find with very good signage. They had 2 clerks working and still managed to have a small line. Interior could use a remodel but that is not as important as my package getting to its destination on time and in good condition.
