Yesterday, my mom went in to return an item she had purchased through TikTok. She had a FedEx return barcode provided by TikTok, but the woman who was supposed to assist her kept dismissing her and insisted the item was from Amazon—which it wasn’t. Instead of taking a moment to look at my mom’s phone or listen to her, the employee was rude and unhelpful, which left my mom feeling very upset.my mom does speak Spanish but also understands English and she called me afterward to explain what happened, so I went in later that same day. A male employee assisted me without any issues, and the return was processed smoothly. The woman who treated my mom poorly was named Joyce, and this occurred around 11 a.m. or 12 p.m.What really bothered me was that when I returned, I saw Joyce helping other customers—specifically white customers—with a noticeably kinder and more attentive attitude. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but it’s hard not to feel like there may have been some bias involved. My mom and the other customer she was dismissive toward were both Hispanic, and it’s deeply upsetting to think that may have influenced how they were treated.

Joyce was super helpful in locating my package. She went above in beyond in calling several of the FedEx locations in the effort to locate the package. She deserves to be recognized by FedEx for her outstanding customer service.

I was there to pick up a package. The worker who helped me was very polite and professional, and while I was waiting for him to bring my package, a very polite guy approached said hi and shook hands I think he’s the manager on site, very polite guy never seen something like this in a very long time. This location is 10/10

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER! They constantly miss scheduled pick-ups and send different drivers almost every week to do my regularly scheduled pick-up which makes it even more confusing trying to get the driver to show up within the pick-up window or to even show up at all...Not to mention it is IMPOSSIBLE to get my rep to do a single thing about it and trying to reach ANYONE over the phone at FedEx is impossible because they have the WORST automated phone system that will literally hang up on you if you need to speak with an actual person...nobody at FedEx actually cares at all about how terrible their service actually is. They are all liars and don't care about good customer service at ALL! I should've just stayed with UPS...

I simply needed to drop off a pre paid package. They were easy to find with very good signage. They had 2 clerks working and still managed to have a small line. Interior could use a remodel but that is not as important as my package getting to its destination on time and in good condition.

Deliver driver claimed the address was not there it was on my trailer unit b claimed insufficient address but yet did not get out of delivery vehicle at all they do this all the time!!!!! There is video evidence every time

This fuqua location is very good. The staff is very professional and efficient. Whenever I ship anything from here, it is delivered on time. I don’t go to fedex store close to my house but I go to this store and very satisfied with their service. So far this location is one of the best in Houston. I recommend this location not only for the pleasant staff but also for their efficiency.

I had a great experience at this location. I came in with an oddly shaped item and I needed guidance on how best to ship it. The staff member I spoke with was extremely helpful and took the time to calculate the expected cost if I brought in a properly sized shipping tube.
When I returned with the packaging, everything went exactly as she said it would. She remembered the dimensions, measured and weighed the item quickly, and the shipping cost came out just as she had quoted…no surprises, no extra hassle.
It was a smooth, respectful interaction from start to finish, and it really meant a lot. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here for any future shipping needs.
Highly recommend this location.
