Had to pick up a package. Only one person working the counter so had to wait a bit. The employee said their system was having some issues but fortunately she happen to know where my package was at since it had just been dropped off earlier. She was friendly and considerate.

I was there to pick up a package. The worker who helped me was very polite and professional, and while I was waiting for him to bring my package, a very polite guy approached said hi and shook hands I think he’s the manager on site, very polite guy never seen something like this in a very long time. This location is 10/10
