They didn’t seal the envelope so my item either fell out or was stolen. How the heck a delivery driver can deliver a completely empty envelope and not think twice about it is insane. How many other people handled my package without doing anything about it? I ship with FedEx at least once per week, for the past two years… unbelievable.And of course when I go back to this location to reship my item, expecting either the original shipment or this new one to be refunded/free, they tell me they can’t do anything for me and I have to submit a claim online. They can’t even live up to their mistake and fix it. Pathetic.

I ordered overnight shipping, yet they made an "attempt" to deliver my package but there was no knock on my door/ phone call for me to come sign, i was home the whole time

Overnight priority, $80 shipping of a LIVE ANIMAL. Everything is going great, Animal ships from Cali, lands in Houston at 6:53AM. I drive from Galveston to pick up my pet in Houston at 7:45AM because the package needs to go from the airport to the shipping center, I arrive in Houston at 9am, only for my LIVE ANIMAL to be back on a plane for the second time in 12hrs. In 24hrs he will have gone up in the air 3x instead of the 1x he was supposed too. This is the second time this has happened to me and I'm going to stop using fedex for anything since they don't care about animals. Don't offer a live animal shipping service if you can't deliver or decide its okay to abuse them.

From Monday to Friday calling every day for someone to come pick up a package. Nobody ever came. I spoke with supervisors, manager. Nobody helped. I don't understand how this company continues to operate. It's a disaster, I'll use UPS from now on.

Dropped my Samsung trade in package to here 6 days ago and today Samsung emailed me saying they received an empty package with no phone inside! It got stolen before it made to Samsung facility. I'm lost for words. Will never ever work with FedEx and this location again.

Staff is friendly, I had major issues with the delivery guy. Pkg states to leave at the door, and he refused to do so even with people home. No signature required. Needless to say, I had to go and pick it up. They stated it would be available from 6 pm to 8 pm. I had to call and get my insulin replaced because he drove around with it for 2 days and my other pkg for 3. Very disappointing!! When you have to drive across 2 to 3 cities to get your package. Simple instructions leave at the door!!.

I went at the busiest part of the day, and the line was super long, but the employees went through it fairly quickly. Was glad to be able to ship my package.

I had a package that was sent Fed ex EXPRESS on Aug. 1, 2023. they only attempted once to deliver with a door tag saying they would be back next business day which would’ve been August 4th. It required a signature. Everyday I would check tracking and have someone at my house to sign. This went on for a few days. Everyday they would say a delivery would be attempted. Called customer service, they ensured me case was being escalated and that I would receive a phone call. No phone call. Now they are saying that final attempt was made. Someone was here all day. No door tag. They did not attempt. I guess I will go pick this up tomorrow an hour away. I will give them my wrath for whatever good that does. I will NOT use Fed Ex.
