Huge thanks to the team at Firestone, especially Albert. My wife brought her car in, worried it was a transmission issue. Instead of upselling us or pushing unnecessary repairs, Albert and the crew did a thorough diagnostic and found it was just the spark plugs. They got us in and out quickly, and we really appreciated the honesty and efficiency. It’s rare these days to find a shop that prioritizes doing the right thing over making a quick buck. We’ll definitely be coming back.

I went in for what I thought would be a $1000 repair. Turns out I didn't need it, and they were HONEST about it. Although Firestone is a little more expensive than others I'll continue to use their services for all my maintenance and repair needs in the future.

Went to have a brake job done. Rodrick, the customer service rep, told me the price was one number, but then changed it $200 more when I looked at the receipt. Don’t use this Firestone.

I came in to have my windshield wipers adjusted and decided to get an oil change since they said it would be 45min. I was the one of 3 people (then at one point I was the only one) in the lobby. 45 minutes turned into literally 3 hours and when I left (in the rain) I discovered they did not even fix my windshield wipers (the reason I came in). I went outside to get my car after being told it would be another 10 minutes (it wasn't) and I saw the guy at the front desk stepping in to help the tech with screwing on the bolts to my tires and filling fluids. A quick stop turned into a nightmare. I was late for a meeting with a client due to their negligence. I will NEVER return or refer anyone there.

I had suspicions about this place past few times I brought my car in and my last visit over the weekend confirmed that I will never bring my car here again.
Overall customer service isn’t good and the representatives are condescending.
They would rather try to upsell services instead of completing basic services (fluid top off, etc.)
I had to leave my car over night and when I picked it up my automatic seat setting was off. (Not just seat settings, but the one that takes you to a previously saved setting by the click of a button)
I’ve had better experiences at other Firestone's and will try a different location.

I had a great experience! Francisco was incredibly helpful throughout the process of getting my struts replaced. He took the time to walk me through all my options and helped me find a solution that fit my budget. The struts were replaced the same day, and the communication was clear and consistent from start to finish. My car is riding as good as new! Big thanks to Francisco and the Firestone crew—fast, professional service all around!

I am very disappointed with their service.
I purchased a complete set of their Firestone Firehawk As V2 tires. These tires are the WORST. The uneven tread design will make my car wobble at 50-65 mph. I brought it back several times to explain, but they said it's normal for new tires and advised me to drive on them for a while: a month and a half in, no differences. I had to bring them back again, and they said I needed to upgrade to better Bridgestone tires. They prorated the Firehawk tires, and I had to dish out an additional $290.
Note: They will not honor the advertised discounts on the Bridgestone set.
Results: The Bridgestone tires are smooth as silk, and will never buy Firestone tires again.

When I arrived, they did not have the information for my appointment. They acted like it was the first time they were hearing about my appointment even though I scheduled days before. I decided to wait in the lobby given that all i needed was an oil change/filters and a tire rotation. They were unable to do the tire rotation, because they did not have the wheel lock. This was interesting, because yes I have the wheel lock at home, but what would happen to my tires if I lost the wheel lock. Would an auto shop not be able to swap them out? I always figured a company as big as firestone would have one on file. The appointment took 2 hours. 2 hours for an oil change...... The reason was because they did not have the correct filter for my car. What is the point in scheduling an appointment a few days in advance if they aren't going to have the items necessary to complete the service?

In the course of three years, I’ve had three faulty batteries from this location next to memorial city Mall. If you want to be scammed, go to this location.

What is the point of setting up an appointment and then make it 10-15 mins early for set appointment and get told other cars are ahead of mine and will probably be till the end of day when the car will be done. Gentlemen at the front very helpful n sincere so can’t blame him. Just wanted an alignment done and brake clean n adjustment. If appointments can’t get in then just do away with the appointments. Waste of time for the consumer thanks!

2 hours (to be fair they said it would "be a while") I waited for them to not do what I asked, before them trying to sell me on a full tune up (which I did not need) for an exorbitant amount. All I wanted to know was why my check engine light was on so I could see what I need to do from there. I look in the shop and they have my hood open, air filter out, etc. etc. That's not what I requested, wasted my time and charged me $100+ for what auto zone did for free in less than 20 minutes.

Very bad experience. They promised the replacement of the 1 tire would be done in an absolute maximum of 2 hours from when I brought the car in, so I went to the mall to spend the time. Three hours later (one hour after they said they’d be done), I called them on my way back to check on the status. The person on the phone said that the car was in their bay being worked on, only I was literally looking at my car from far away as it was parked in their lot. He said it’ll be done in 20 minutes max. I made my way to their waiting room to wait for the remaining 20 minutes. They took another hour after that then called and said I needed a new headlight, which will take them a few more minutes. It took them another 45 minutes. Most of this time the car was just sitting there outside the bay not being worked on. In total, I spent almost 5 hours for a headlight and one tire, which would be okay if they hadn’t promised being done in an absolute maximum of 2 hours. No apologies were made about the delay.

Francisco was awesome! He was so helpful and got me the best deal possible. My dealership tried to charge me an absurd amount and Francisco at Firestone did the opposite. He worked to get me the help I needed at the lowest cost to me. Would definitely recommend!
