Great service at the Firestone location in Memorial City. Denise and Jay went out of their way to fit me in on a tight schedule, and to address several issues that I had. The prices for all the services were fair and it’s great to know what you pay for is backed by such a great company.

At first I was very hesitant and annoyed that there was extra work that needed to be done on my car but at the end, Jay was really helpful and made me reassured that it was needed for a reason and it was done correctly. 10/10
