I don't know why there are bad reviews for this bank or to be specific to this branch.I opened my account online and went in person to finalize the paperwork. the bank teller that helped me was and is soooooooo Nice.Angelita Campos is The BEST!!!!!No wonder all the senior citizens will wait so she can take care of them, she is patient and caring. you don't see that often on a bank employee.I also agree with the other reviews there is a guy with a Dog face gremlin he looks moody as hell

Rude staff, had a misunderstanding about transaction and I nicely asked them if they can correct it but they seemed absolutely annoyed that I had to make them fix the mistake. Even after that, I said thank you for the trouble and they completely ignored me.

Employee harassing my mother and myself while shopping at HEB. We were there to get groceries, if we wanted to open a bank account we would go to a Bank, not HEB. The convo goes like this: employee walks up to us asking if we wanted to open an account today, nicely, we say no, we’re busy, don’t have the time, thank you. Employee should have left right then and there but continues please it’ll only take a few minutes, I can do it while you finish grocery shopping, etc. Again, no thank you, were in a time crunch, not today. This lady had the audacity to come back again and ask a third time. I finally had to tell her rudely we said NO, STOP wasting our time and move out of our way! So stop harassing HEBs customers and teach your Employees No means No!!!

Horrible hours. If you have a normal job with working business hours, this place is never open outside of those times. From 10 am to 5 pm banking hours is a complete joke. This is not a bank for normal working people.Also half the staff clearly doesn’t want to be there. Get another job if you can’t be decent at customers service, while working customer service.

So far, I've had good experiences when I've had to go to the bank. The only thing that i hate is their app. it constantly locks me out and i have to go up there so that they can unlock it.

Super small scale. Been with these people since 2011 and had a CD that matured from a different bank and was needing to pay it in. Had me on hold for almost 30mins (with a few questions) having to call for the check to be verified and afterwards to get it approved and still told me to wait 14 days for ALL my money to be available. To think that I withdrew these amounts ftom these very bank 2 years ago to initiate the CD (it shows it in my transaction history). I have a quarter of my check going to this bank in the form of a direct deposit, I also notice them pushing membership drives to increase business. I ended up just not going through with it and drove across to Chase( where I also have an account) deposited in 1 minute with no questions and my money available the very next day. At this point I would only use this bank because of their extended hours. Every other perk they used to have is no more. I almost felt like a criminal depositing my OWN very money.

My qualification of this place is zero, it arrives at five pm on a Saturday and since I arrived, an African-American lady was only looking at the phone to see the closing time, when she answered me she said she did not have my photo on her computer and could not change my check had my debit card and said I could not do anything. fast to the belford kroger and there was no problem, a very kind lady attended me, I think they should not hire lazy people, or send someone undercover to supervise this people 03/3/18

12 people in line 2 tellers and 5 employees chilling in the office doing nothing. Always worried about opening new accounts never helpful with people who already have accounts this bank is a joke.
