VERY SATISFIED YADIRA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND I WAS IN THE DNR LIST . SHE KINDLY CALLED AND GOT TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT AND NOW I AM ABLE TO REOPEN MY ACCOUNT VERY SATISFIED WITH HER EXTRA EXTRA HELP SHE MADE THIS HAPPEN AND NOW I DONT HAVE TO PAY PLS ALL THIS EXTRA $15 PER TRANSACTION OUCH.
