Fitness Connection has over 40 locations across 3 states and is growing. The clubs offer more than the ordinary ten‑dollar gym. Most locations span a jaw‑dropping 60,000 square feet filled with rows of top‑notch cardio and strength equipment, premiere studio spaces, basketball courts and a Kids Club. The facilities are always clean and the staff and cleaning crew are great, friendly and polite. Parking lot surveillance is getting improved after safety complaints. The gym makes you want to get in there, do static and dynamic warmups and continue a progressive overload journey. Members add value, convenience and quality at a price they can afford. Positive energy and satisfied staff add to the gym.
I'm digging this location. Cool staff. Good mix of equipment.

Not a bad place really. Just wish it was more clean and weights were kept in there places

Has waaayyy too many cardio machines, not enough squat racks about 3 and about 4 smith machines(1 is in the women’s area).. women’s area also has too many cardio machines and not one stair master.I do like that the women area is upstairs, so it’s less likely for men to go in there.
