Goodwill Houston Donation Center is a drop-off donation center, not a store. The process is super fast and easy. An employee opens the door to assist as soon as you pull up and comes out with a cart to help unload your donations. They are fast and friendly. The whole process is quick and highly recommended. There are a few parking spots outside, but it moves so quickly that it does not matter. It is a great place for donations, focused on receiving your items without the chaos of a store. The employees are hard workers and sweet. They will give you a tax receipt with instructions for doing it online. It is a great, convenient location for donating accumulated clutter.

Best drop-off experience I've ever had at any location! The lady and gentleman working on Jan 10 were so friendly and efficient, had everything ready for me as soon as I parked, wow made my day :)
