8/4/25 room 113, sheets and blankets was not clean. And I went up to front office and told them that they need to change sheets and blankets. And A girl who is working at front office said that this is not her job and telling me that I did all this mess.

Genuinely surprised by how pleasant and nice this hotel was. I did not expect it to be this comfortable. Super modern interior, everything worked superb and felt nice. Loved the interior shade and the bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Quiet and serene. Very chill environment, no drama. No issues at all. A pleasant stay.

Booked room for 20 plus days to accommodate surgery at DeBakey medical center Houston. Ad stated that hotel was within 6 mi of hospital when in fact it was 27 mi away. How to rebook at another hotel closer to hospital. Did not receive a full refund.
