At first, it suited the needs of my family, then rates increased, insurance increased. The name changed from Great Value Storage to StorQuest. What prompted me to leave this facility was the rudeness of other people who were customers, the number of times cars followed me in without entering their access codes, and exiting the facility it happened too frequently. I did not feel safe in this environment. I spoke to Pedro many times. I understand he can only do so much. I left and caution anyone, especially women who go to their storage alone.

Clean facility and has friendly staff. Pedro is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Been with them for two great years now :)

The storage manager is always helpful and extremely reliable professional help when I have a small storage unit issue. I always enjoy talking to Mr.Pedro. He always asking do any concerns. He always greets all clients coming in the storage facility. Pharmerica has been a client for over 10 years or more .This is the first storage management has very professional and helpful. I am a tenant of the facility on Hempstead Rd in Houston. My manager is Pedro. He is without question one of the best managers I have dealt with....ever. He is so on top of his game. I am so impressed by his skills and management I have referred people to this facility and they are absolutely delighted. I HIGHLY recommend this facility. I have been spoiled by Pedro and his teams expertise. AND...they are all incredibly nice. 10 stars.

What a disaster, three visits before a warm body appeared at the desk and let me know "We sent you an email" and you can't get in until your wife signs the new contract.No email,no contract, that we can find, only a notice that our insurance needs to be upgraded...Been trying to get into my unit for a week and it doesn't look good.You'll notice there's no phone number either.
