H-E-B is a large supermarket located in Houston. It is a very big store with a great product selection and a lot of products to choose from, including a phenomenal flower department. Customers find good prices and very fresh produce, with quality meat and seafood. The store is kept clean and has plenty of checkout places with very short lines, including convenient self-checkout. It offers curbside pickup and delivery. The store is often very busy, and the parking lot is usually crowded. While the staff is often courteous, attentive, and ready to assist, some front-end associates can sometimes seem annoyed or rude, which detracts from the experience. There was also an isolated incident with a returned item. Overall, it provides mostly good experiences with great prices, selection, and freshness.
