"Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the HEB gas station on banker hills and I-10 . The shift manager and cashier I think her name Alicia (because she bidding her name , was completely unfriendly and unhelpful.
I stopped by to fuel up and noticed that the pump wasn't working properly. When I went inside to report the issue, at around 6:30-7pm barely acknowledged me and seemed put off by my presence.
When I asked for assistance, [name] told me that it was 'not their problem' and that I should 'just use a different pump'. No apology, no offer to help, just a dismissive

I am a white female. Always nice and respectful. I have lived near this location for over 3 years. The lack of common courtesy is disappointing. So often I am treated rudely for no reason. The inmates are running the asylum. Typical Houston I guess. The management staff is always nice but too many employees are just rude. I think corporate probably has a no discipline policy. When you are the only decent grocery store around, I guess you can behave however you want.

The best option to make the super
H-E-B is, without a doubt, one of the best supermarkets. It has a wide variety of fresh products, from fruits and vegetables to excellent quality meats. They also have a wide selection of imported products and local options at very good prices.
What I like most is that they always have promotions and discounts, which helps save without sacrificing quality. In addition, their own brands are very good and many times even better than the commercial ones.
Customer service is excellent, the stores are clean and well organized, and their self-service system and express checkouts make shopping quick and efficient.
Definitely, H-E-B is a great option for grocery shopping with quality, variety and good prices. Super recommended!
