The Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Bush Intercontinental Airport is a very nice hotel close to the airport, with the expected plane noise. It offers a convenient location, a clean and presentable room and lobby, and a big parking lot. The hotel is well-managed and provides a comfortable bed for a quiet stay. Service is great, with staff described as the nicest people, super friendly, helpful, quick, engaging, amazing, and wonderful. Employees frequently go above and beyond, displaying an easy going manner, patience, and an attentive nature. The check-in process is super easy. The breakfast attendant receives particular praise for being smiling, helpful, and for delivering exceptional hospitality that is welcoming and memorable. The hotel shuttle driver is also noted as friendly and helpful. There is a connected gas station and nearby food options. The stay is highly recommended and considered outstanding, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
We had another quiet room (other than planes flying overhead) with comfortable bed. The fellow that checked us in was very helpful. He went above and beyond. I had asked for a paperclip to open my phone to replace my SIM card and he stepped right up and did it for me. Really appreciated your help and easy going manner.

The staff members were very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Very close to the airport with a shuttle leaving frequently! Would definitely recommend.
