I stay at this hotel very often. I am always greated with a smile and the staff is extremely kind and caring. Everyone that works at this establishment makes me feel like I am at home. I called the hotel with a minor inconvenience on my part. LANICE WASHINGTON answered the phone and treated me like family, I can not thank her enough for her help and awesome customer service! She was so professional and compassionate and I truly appreciate everything she did for my family! God bless her always!!!
