I'd agree with the AI summary: rooms are dated with some blemishes, but you CANNOT beat the price for a downtown hotel, and the staff are incredible; what you'd expect from a higher priced hotel. I walked to get food, and close to the highway for travel. I'm staying again

Hotel needs to be renovated. Great customer service bY CELESTE at front desk. Night shift front desk lady didn’t render good customer service.

The hotel is in a great location and clean, and the breakfast is ok. The receptionist at the Front Desk, Emmanuel, was very attentive and helpful.Overall, it was an excellent stay for the price paid.!
