I moved in a month ago.
Management and maintenance are wonderful. Great team work!! Quiet and peaceful area. The only thing to be considered is making sure all gates on property are closed and secure. I definitely recommend for people who want to be in an accessible area of River Oaks.

I had an opportunity to tour the place and speak with Endia, and I must say they are so so professional and kind at the same time. They were very transparent and amazing to work with. I still have not finalized my decision to move at Harlow - but if were to move then it would be because of e people who work in the leasing...

It won't be a surprise if I come back to this apartments. From the cleaning and maintenance crew to the helpful front desk, Harlow RO is a place with a vibe you don't want to miss. Shout Out to Nancy for helping me always with the best attitude :) :)
