About The Heights at Post Oak
Heights at Post Oak receives mixed reviews from residents. Some describe the apartments themselves as enjoyable and note that the office staff can be very nice and professional, providing thorough and friendly service. However, other reviews report significant and persistent maintenance issues, including problems with air conditioning, roofs, windows, and unsanitary water leaks, with maintenance and office responsiveness frequently described as horrible. The community is noted by some as being very well-known and territorial, where being mindful and keeping to oneself is advised. While some residents are long-term and satisfied, others feel management does not treat repair requests with appropriate urgency, negatively impacting their comfort at home.

Susanna is amazinggg honey!! She made this process so quick, easy, and stress free! We had many complications with another leasing agent, but she stepped in and helped up quickly, and made sure everything was fine! Now we’re sleeping good in our apartment! Thank you Susanna!
