Kept us waiting and going back and forth between different counters. They also selected and charged us for a car that wasn't there. The employees kept telling us different things. Our experience with Hertz is generally good but not this one.

Good getting any help. You can't talk to anyone, voice-mail is full and nobody is at the desk. Also, they're difficult to deal with if you ever get in touch with anyone
