Reserved a van through the app on Friday morning to pickup the next day at 12. When I get there they tell me they don't have one available. Why can't the app tell you if they have certain vehicles available at their locations? Instead of being told to drive across town to see if one is available? Last time using Hertz.

Very fast service receiving the vehicle and returning as well.

The rental car pickup and return process was fast. Friendly staff. The vehicle was nice, but there was a strong scent inside, which I assumed came from cleaning liquids. Hope they used a different one or less scent in it.
