About Hertz Car Rental - Houston - Westheimer
Hertz Car Rental - Houston Westheimer HLE offers a convenient and friendly car rental experience. Customers appreciate the wide selection of vehicles, including luxury cars, SUVs, and EVs. Many reviews highlight the excellent service provided by staff members, particularly Syed and Shahid, who go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The process of picking up and dropping off vehicles is described as seamless and easy, with some customers noting additional assistance, such as lifts to their hotels. However, there are concerns about the condition of some rented vehicles, particularly the EVs, which have been reported as not well-maintained. Despite this, the overall service and quality of cars are positively received, making it a recommended location for both business and leisure rentals.
