Destiny and Betty were so kind , helpful, and clear with communication. My rental was for another location, but they weren’t answering. I called this location and they quickly helped me resolve my issue and got me into a rental.

While the counter service personnel was great and friendly, they do not have my reserved rental available and the only options were to pay an upcharge or cancel my reservation. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

I have been a customer at the FM 1960 W. location for five years now. The customer service has always been excellent. I would personally like to thank Antoinette B. for doing not just her job, but what I feel is truly above and beyond—in fact, the entire Hertz team. Keep up the fantastic work!
