The Hilton Garden Inn Houston NW/Willowbrook offers a generally great stay with friendly, excellent service from a wonderful staff that provides great energy. The hotel looks great and smells amazing, with updated, nice-looking rooms that are clean and have cold AC, a decent-sized shower with good water pressure. However, some guests noted setbacks like grimy bathrooms with soap scum, dirty floors, and flat pillows, feeling the detailed care was not always there. The hotel features a full restaurant and bar, though breakfast is an additional charge. Overall, it provides a very good experience with a super nice team.
