H&M is a nice and clean store, often described as beautiful and expansive. It is well stocked with an excellent selection of styles and sizes, and clothes are attractively displayed. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Many customers love the clothes and shop there first for everything, noting that you won't go broke as the prices are on point and can be softer than competitors. However, some feel the fabric quality has gone down and color choices are too few with more silly designs. A common issue is that small sizes in women's department go very quickly, often requiring online orders, while the men's section is consistently well stocked in mediums and larges, especially for athletic wear. Select stores are now open.
In Germany they classify H&M as disposable clothing, it costs more to wash than to buy...

H&M came through with stylish finds at great prices — grabbed a few pieces that look and feel way more expensive than they were. Stepped out with NOVA right after, and people weren’t just asking about the outfit… they wanted to know, “Where’d you get that ride?” Some things are worth finding out for yourself.
