“I had a great, smooth shopping experience at this Carter’s / OshKosh B’gosh location. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to give a shoutout to Nat (I hope I spelled her name right!). She was amazing—super helpful, kind, and made the whole experience so easy and pleasant.
I don’t usually shop in-store very often, but this visit definitely changed that. Because of the great customer service, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location. Thank you for such a positive experience!”

I would share that person’s name, however, he was not wearing a name tag [green and black shirt, dark hair]. Likely because he often treats people in a disrespectful manner.
