“I try to give other retail/department stores a chance to find formal wear, but Harwin is usually the spot. I was not happy with the service at a nearby formal store, so I was walking around the plaza and found FN Formals. I wish I remembered her name, but the sales associate who helped me was wonderful from the moment she greeted me. She asked me all the right questions, pointed me in the right direction, was not pushy, and was super helpful. She told me what dresses she had in which size, what she could/could not order, she showed me pictures in the catalog, and encouraged me to try on as many dresses as I needed. The ladies in the dressing room area were fast and helpful with trying multiple dresses. The dressing rooms are spacious as is the whole area. The whole store is clean and doesn't feel cramped like other stores that have so many dresses it's hard to walk through and it's overwhelming. I ordered the dress and it came in on time! I was allowed to pay a deposit instead of the whole thing. The owner has hired amazing women who speak English and Spanish.”

“Buckle doesn’t normally carry my size in store (33-34) so I bought a few pairs of jeans online. I found several pairs I liked and returned the rest. I forgot the card I used was with my husband so the manager (Kyle) whom I was working with went above and beyond called customer care and had them do the return over the phone. He was incredibly patient, kind, and did not show an ounce of annoyance about the fact I forgot my card and calling customer care. Thank you for being a great person Kyle (Woodlands, Tx) your help was much appreciated!”

They answered all of a guests questions about an item in the store and another's on something they were looking for. It's nice to see employees who go to the customers to check if they need help with anything verses the customer to have to look for someone to help them or a customer to not find anyone.
