So many of the amenities were non working. Especially in the pool/spa area. Even though had reservations had to wait 5 minutes for someone to even come to the desk.

If you need anything before or after your stay, you're in trouble. No answer at the front desk number or email address for DAYS. I need a receipt for travel reimbursement and looks like I'm going to eat the expense.

Excellent value for money. Room was decent and clean. Breakfast was decent. Amenities are good as well. Friendly staffs. Definitely recommended.
