The Holiday Inn Hou Energy Corridor Eldridge is located in a quiet area of Western Houston, well off the highway, with many professional businesses nearby. The hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds, and amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet and service with a smile at the restaurant. The property features gated parking, a pool, fitness, and bar areas.
Check-in and check-out are typically quick and seamless, with many front desk staff noted as professional, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable about local attractions. The hotel is within walking distance of plenty of good restaurants and nice walking areas. While most stays are enjoyable, some guests reported issues with reaching the front desk, occasional rude staff behavior, and some stained carpets. The location is convenient for appointments in Houston.
The room was comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. One thing that could use improvement is the gym. Other than that, great place!

The stay is just like any other. But the service recieved from. Cosette is what sets this place apart from the rest. She personally went up to my room to solve the problem with the TV I was having. She makes checking in and out easy and painless.
