Hollister Co. is a store with youth clothing and today's fashionable styles. It offers nice quality clothes for moderate prices that most people can afford. The store can be small with few merchandise and sizes available during the season, and plus sizes are not seen. Customer service can be exceptional, with helpful and professional staff. While the selection of sizes can be limited, it remains a best place to buy for many who are never disappointed.
Cindy the Mgr has great customer service. She helped us with a simple shirt exchange and was very nice. She turned around our experience for the better and fulfilled Hollister's return policy as written on the receipt.
