HomeTowne Studios Houston - Northwest is noted for its wonderful and helpful staff, who are described as amazing, excellent, and very communicative. The team, including specific commendable employees at reception, provides great customer service, accommodates needs, checks on guests, and is willing to work with people. The rooms are great and the service is good. However, there is a significant ongoing issue with the internet not working reliably, which is a problem for those depending on it for school and other needs. The location is convenient for access to food and stores. The hotel is recommended as a place to stay for both short and longer periods.
When I came here I had to be on the first floor.. they did that and help me to get in the room and check on me every day. If you want to be around food Walmart and anything you want the will get it.. the manager yeti she's very nice if you come to the hotel ask for her because she will do all the things you need for her... read full comment
