Guests describe a vibe of luxury and delight, with perfect details throughout. The staff receives exceptional praise for being sincerely kind, generous, very helping, accommodating, and professional. Service is consistently described as amazing, top notch, and hands down amazing, from the valet and concierge to the events team. The valet is well-staffed and efficient. The hotel offers convenient amenities like a complimentary house car and complimentary morning coffee and afternoon snacks. Dining is a highlight. The onsite Monarch restaurant and ZaZa restaurant are par excellence, serving amazing food and wonderful drinks. Meals are perfectly cooked, brimming with flavor, and include praised items like garlic fries, Chilean seabass, and scallops. The hotel also provided delicious complimentary drinks by the pool. While very convenient for events like weddings in its ballroom, some notes mention the hotel can feel a bit dated and that valet parking is expensive. A rare issue with a power outage was noted. This is not a place to bring children for dinner, but if you are seeking out a quiet romantic restaurant, I can think of no better place. Excellent food and service and located in the beautiful Herman Park area. This restaurant is not to be missed...
