“One of the best places to stay in Pasadena, conveniently close to Houston. I stayed here for 3 days and had a really comfortable experience.

From check in at the reception to the restaurant service, the entire staff was extremely supportive, polite and professional. The rooms were spacious, perfectly clean, tidy and well arranged with all the basic amenities. Proper hygienic conditions are well maintained throughout the hotel which makes the stay even more comfortable and worry-free.

They serve a buffet breakfast every morning while lunch and dinner are available with an à la carte menu service. The food was average but included vegetarian options which was a plus.

Another highlight is the free transportation provided to nearby shops like Walmart and Best Buy. They even give a $5 coupon for the Houston Space Center, which is a thoughtful touch for travelers.

Overall, it was a relaxing, hygienic and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pasadena or Houston.”

“This was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced in Houston. Staff was the absolute best. I forgot her name but I believe it's Danielle. She need a raise. She for sure have the best customer service. I will only book here from now on the Houston area. Only issue was my fridge wasn't cold. Baby from her service I didn't even complain or care. Everything else was 10 out of 10 from breakfast, cleaning, checking in to make sure I'm good, towels, the pool, washer and dryer and the gym. ? love it here. If that's not her name tell her forgive me but I checked in at 3pm on Saturday June 8. Tell her I will see her in July?”

“The day i arrived to Pasadena i was looking for a hotel to sleep during the next day in the morning because i was going to work night shift.
Called this hotel and i spoke to manager, he said he was going to do everything in his hands to try tocget me a room next morning.
I finished my shift and went to the hotel, he didn't have rooms but somehow he honored his word and pulled a King sized room for me, just as i had told him
I appreciate that he honored his word and took care of me.
Bed sheets are folded daily, towels are changed daily and the make sure rooms are clean everyday. I will definitely stay here from now on.
I forgot to add that the lever that flushed the toilet was broken and he IMMEDIATELY took care of it.”

“Marry who works the front desk late night is the sweetest person and very helpful she also makes great coffee.

“Staff is friendly. Area is very safe. Internet connectivity is great, 250mb cell tower next door. Appliances work. Hot water is plentiful. HEB, CVS, Walmart, Home Depot, Planet Fitness surrounding location. Lots of free parking. Great place to stay. Thank You!”

“Cops parked across street all day and owner is hit and miss he's cool and all is well but have to much traffic or whatever he's not cool with, you'll be immediately told to leave or bam from the premises. No rooms with kitchen, just basic cable microwave hair dryer and that's about it!”

“Rooms are very affordable. I got a basic Single guest room king size bed firm but comfortable. The pillows are the hotels pillows yet like little clouds. The staff in the office are extremely helpful very nice people. Gas station right next door, plenty of great restaurants within 15 minutes every direction.Rooms: Great size rooms king size bed. A/C blows ice cold cooling your room of almost immediately. Mini fridge and microwave in every room with TV and basic cableNearby activities: Nearby parks, wide variety of places to eat, Thrift stores down Spencer, jumpy World for the kids, as well as Sylvan Beach right next door in La PorteSafety: No problems during my stay and office employees walk the ground throughout the day.
