Amazing gym! 10/10 no doubt! The music here is great, the Jose and the staff are very friendly and welcoming …also the vibes overall amazing. Worth signing up!!

A real warehouse gym. Hardcore style. The best place to get a good workout in the east side. They have a balance of old machines and new ones. They also have a whole area of booty builder machines. Wish I lived closer to home this gym. Will be back since they continue to upgrade and add new machines

One of the best gyms in Houston!! Attention to detail and care for the membership is unlike any other. HNS really is a family, when gyms talk about building culture HNS is the example💪 ….they also have Squatch meals on deck!
