Houston Wheel Repair is a great, professional, and friendly rim repair shop. The staff is very friendly and the service is very fast, getting customers in and out in a timely manner. They offer excellent care for wheels, handling issues like cracks, bad curb rash, and damage requiring welding. Work is often fast and on point, with repairs like making scratched rims look brand new completed in about an hour and a half. They can sometimes work customers in the same day. The prices are reasonable and great. Overall customer service is great and easy to talk to, though punctuality can occasionally be off with wait times. The shop is very busy in a positive way. Many customers from out of town and those told elsewhere a repair was impossible highly recommend the company, stating their fixed rims look like nothing ever happened.
