Been going here for 10+ years. Stopped by 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment, had my tax info ready, they fit me in that moment, took only 45 minutes. Big refund, Rhoenia is great (tax preparer).

It not for the location but the entire company, but just go somewhere else.
Why advertise free and do it yourself taxes just to force someone to pay $100 just to turn it in???
Why make a useless website that doesn't let you go to the previous page?
Why won't they let me amend my rejected return?
This entire website is useless.

Rhoenia is incredible and dedicated several hours to ensure everything was perfect for us. On the other hand, I was disgusted by Barbara Coleman's behavior. I overheard her making disparaging comments, criticizing me for allegedly trying to evade paying my student loans and judging me for needing loans to finance my education. She wasn't even my assigned tax professional, so lacked any understanding of my financial situation. Furthermore, she spoke at a volume that allowed others to overhear easily. When I approached her desk to let her know that I had heard every word, she failed to make eye contact, acknowledge my presence, or offer an apology. What a disgusting person! I am so relieved that I wasn't assigned to Barbara.
