The staff are fantastic, affectionate, gentle, and concerned about immigrants and their financial situation. Volunteers say the organization is doing tons of great work for the community and has a great mission. Many people thank the staff for great help and great service, especially in the Senior Program where food areas have better. Some callers report that the receptionists have a very bad character, are despotic and rude, and do not give information. Overall, the organization is helpful and focused on integration, but reception staff may need improvement.
