This is the second time that the charms that they put on themselves have fallen off, the first time I lost it and had to buy it again, now my daughter also dropped one and I brought it in so they could put it on and they tell me it's $5.41 for putting it again, as if it were my fault that they don't put them right!

I visited this store today and there were at least 2 employees on the floor talking to each, and no one ever ask if I needed help. I even made eye contact with them both, and still nothing. I had written on a sheet what I wanted, and decided that I would go elsewhere, because customer service means a lot to me.

Loved the comfortable atmosphere, whether you were buying or browsing and the helpful staff.

I order online and pick up at store. They have a pick line. I went and told her I had a pick up and drop. She told me I had to make the line again. Really how rude she was not even doing nothing just walking around.

The customer service at this store is amazing. Stacy was very helpful and patient with me. I’m very indecisive. She took her time. I also notice her speaking to every single customer and telling them someone will be with them shortly. This store made you feel valued. Due to my traveling schedule with my job, I visit a James Avery store when I see one But I must admit by far this one has all the others beat. This will be my home store now. I just want to say thanks for giving me a remarkable experience. Keep up the good work!

I had a wonderful experience. There were system issues but the store manager, Stacy, worked through everything with Karol to ensure my order was accurate and I was comfortable with the total. They were patient and kind throughout. They tag teamed the effort to ensure I was taken care of. The type of customer service I received was above and beyond. Thank you both, I’ll be back!

I have a question if I dropped charms can they be fixed in this store because I went to the one inside the Deerbrook mall and they told me that they don't do it

I went to this James Avery on Saturday, 10/7, at around 6:30pm and was there for about 30 mins without anyone saying hi to me. I was waiting for someone to help me but instead the ladies in the back just kept talking, didn’t even acknowledge me and my husband. Poor service. Will not be buying anything from here.

I came to JA as a last minute gift and it just so happened to be on mother's day. I had major back surgery on Thursday prior to my visit so I called to see if I could do a curbside pick up and still get my military discount since I couldn't stand the time it would take inside. I was told she would make a exception and do the curbside pick up but not my military discount. That was for inside purchases only. So James Avery is that hard up for 10% of $64.00 ? They were so busy they weren't doing curbside and had a tent outside with a line as if they were Chick-fil-A but even Chick-fil-A would be Christian enough to give a vet who just had major back surgery 10%. James Avery is losing its class!

Eventually lost the taste for James Avery at this location due to their attitudes. It's inconsistent and some are plain rude. Certain customers are treated better than others. Since there are many locations, it's not like it will change anyone's life. They do have some of the most talented employees which is a shame because the managers are the ones who run you away. If I prefer the opinion of someone who has better style, and they are at work, why does it matter if I choose to wait for them to be available?

Darcie, the manager, is probably the rudest individual I have ever encountered while patronizing an establishment. The fact that Darcie holds a management position is doing a huge disservice to the James Avery experience. My husband bought me the "I do" charm for our anniversary and provided me with the gift receipt. I decided to return the charm with the gift receipt in hand, and repurchase it in addition to another charm so that it would qualify for the promotion (Buy 2, Get 1 Necklace). Darcie attempted to tell me that I could not return the item even though I had the gift receipt (which was dated for the previous day) because of the promotion. She told me if I return it, I can't use my own gift certificate (valued at $121.24) until the promotion concludes. When I asked her to show me that stipulation, she could not do that. The receipt clearly states that I would be given store credit or a gift certificate (which I was perfectly happy with). Instead, she talked to me in an extremely rude manner, and acted as though she was doing me a favor by doing what was clearly outlined on the gift receipt. The way she spoke to me was so off-putting that even the lady standing in line next to me decided to chime in and ask for the rationale behind Darcie's senseless explanation. While it's usually an exciting time to add something new to my bracelets, this experience with Darcie was the complete opposite. I did not at all enjoy my experience. How unfortunate is it that one condescending, belittling manager could ruin my entire perception of this company?Westlake Marketplace/Summerwood Location
