They are very helpful. Be sure to take your jewelry back to them if it needs repaired, do not take it to any other jewelry shop. 😉 Also if your jewelry is looking a lil dull, or colored changed due to chemicals, take it to them to clean. Some things are free some repairs cost a fee.
