Quick & Great customer service, ran by here to get my loops fixed and had no issues. Wish i asked the lady that helped me name cause she was so sweet and helpful. By far the best james avery location i’ve been to!

James Avery need to train their employees and get them to work on their attitude the girl that help me with my pick-up order was amazing she is a bonus to the company the rest of them are just bitter &rude
