Great experience! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Katelyn and she offered her assistance. She helped me try on several shoes and was very pleasant the whole time. Her customer service helped me decided to purchase an additional pair of shoes and a matching belt. If anyone is looking to purchase J&M shoes, I recommend this location. Date of purchase 10/01/2025.

I came in and the manager, Lane Emert, was extremely courteous and helpful.
I wish they carried wide sizes in store, but otherwise this was a really great experience. Highly recommend.

The manager is rude. Tried to push us out the store because we were not the ideal shoppers. My mother was in a wheelchair. So it was upsetting to us. We needed up in Zara. Which was better.

I don't care to shop in person too much anymore but whenever I need to go look at shoes and/or clothing this store and location is my go to. I recently went in to get a pair of shoes for my birthday and Denzel was of great help!

Bought two shoes online. Didn’t feel the quality was up to mark so decided to return (the shoes also seem to be “worn” when I received them)… biggest issue was with the return policy. It says refund eligible within 60 days but they only offered store credit. For refund to original payment method they need to FedEx the shoes to warehouse… seemed a bit silly.. hoping to get my money back

Johnson and Murphy have changed their shoe making and the sizes they make. They no longer have wide widths in shoes in loafers. They seem to only make medium width in their slip-on styles. I used to be able to get a variety of styles and now they only have one style. It is extremely difficult to find shoes for me. I no longer need to try Johnson and Murphy any more.
