I had an amazing experience at Journeys in Memorial Mall thanks to Roxanna! She was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and friendly personality made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Roxanna went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and her great customer service actually motivated us to buy shoes we didn’t even plan on getting. We left the store very happy, and it’s all because of the exceptional way Roxanna treated us. She truly deserves to be recognized!

Chase went above and beyond for me. He brought out the shoes I wanted and few other recommendations. I ended up buying the shoes he suggested instead of the ones I thought I wanted. He was very kind & patient.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHOEVER THE MANAGER IS RIGHT NOW TODAY 10/16/2024 @ 11:45AM (FEMALE) RUDE! -- PLACED ME ON HOLD AS SOON AS I called!!! And then hung up on me twice!!!!! Called back and she lied... Journeys is definitely not that busy!! If you don't like your job. ... QUIT...AS SOON AS I FIND OUT HER NAME I WILL BE BACK TO POST THE UPDATE!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. My son went to this store at Memorial City mall to return a pair of shoes he bought online (365 day return policy) because they were too small. He was denied by someone at the store because they said they were worn. This wasn't true as only tried on in our home. So on 10/22/23 I returned to the store and asked to speak to the manager on duty. The assistant manager said he was the one who turned my son away before and he could not take them because they are worn. We did not wear them and I stated well that is how they arrived through the mail. He basically assumed that we were lying and did nothing to work out the situation. This is not good customer service and not what I would expect from a Retail store like Journeys. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone to shop at Journeys if this is how they teach their "managers" to treat customers.Do these look worn to you? Nothing on the sole nor the top.

Very crowded. The employees were very nice and helpful. I don't think the AC was working it was very hot.

The young lady that was helping me was very nice. Well I was trying on my shoes I seen that every employee was asking about socks I guess it's something they have to do so I brought a pair of the socks and those socks suck every time I take a step the socks move and slide off my feet I spent half the time pulling the socks back up in my shoes get better socks if you want your employees to sell them

I used a pair of shoes around 10 times within a month and three days and they started to rip apart. When I went to return them they did not allow it because I was 3 days of from the 1 month return policy I spent $100 for a few days. Be careful on what you buy
