Kroger Pharmacy has a kind and professional pharmacy staff. The pharmacists are friendly and unhurried, taking time with medical information and offering recommendations. The store staff are quick to address customer concerns. While there have been some operational glitches and short staffing, they are doing their best. Customers appreciate the convenient location, good parking, and the staff's can-do attitude in providing excellent service.
Kroger is Kroger. I check the deli for markdowns then hit the produce aisles. The pharmacy staff are kind and professional.

I called to verify that they would take my insurance. The pharmacist was friendly, unhurried, and spent a lot of time updating the system with my medical information. He even recommended a few things for me to ask my PCP about in regards to potential drug interactions, etc.
