I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage. Kinderlyn was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. She personally helped me with my luggage, guided me to my storage unit, assisted with the lock, and then walked me back to the office. Her friendliness and support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

The Asst Manager at the location at Jones and Regency Green was wondetful in helping us with an error that had occurred on our account. Within a little over 24 hours she had the situation resolved and was apologetic for the error. She also had a wonderful attitude. Thank you so much for your hard work 😀

Staff was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. The facility is very clean and secure with plenty of bright lights. Felt very safe and I’m sure my belongings will be as well!

The customer service here is Spectacular! Everyone I spoke with is friendly and professional. The place is very clean and well kept. Kalindra went out of her way to make sure I got my lovk on my unit correctly. All the while making me feel welcome. Thank you all ;-)

Had my stuff here when it was Life storage, they broke into my storage and replaced the lock, and said the cameras were down. Insurance wouldn't cover because there was no sign of forced entry..... don't store your valuables here!!!!! They left a number to discuss the matter further, but its impossible to get anyone on the phone

Andrea the manager was very helpful and very outgoing. The office was nice and clean. I hadn’t been in the office since the new management took over. I’ve been renting for over eight years and I’ve never had an issue storages are clean. The hallways are clean and I love the fact that they are climate control storage.
