Life Time Greenway is more than a gym; it is an athletic country club with something for everyone. The facility includes an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and outdoor pools. Members praise the wonderful facility, noting the pool area is a vibe and the best pool for winding down. The energy and professionalism of all staff members are frequently highlighted, with specific mentions of fantastic, attentive, and understanding service that goes above and beyond. Members enjoy the unlimited group training, individualized attention, and solid food offerings, calling it the whole package. While parking can be difficult and there are occasional issues with tidiness, the overall experience is described as amazing and smooth, making it a great place to work out and meet nice people.
Desiree was an AMAZING HELP with my membership concerns she listened and had empathy. She is literally so kind! She is the sole reason I will be back to this location.

Gym equipment is lacking, especially in the legs area. Been going here for many years, the equipment could use some upgrades in a big way. Is old and outdated equipment as much as they charge for a membership they could for sure improve the equipment.
