Literally the worst shipping company of all time. If you are a merchant, do not use for your products. They do not answer calls, emails or concerns and good luck getting in touch with LSO after your package is in their hands. Your package might as well be considered lost/stolen. You have been warned.

I’ve ordered through Fashion Nova and this is the 3rd time they have used this carrier and each time I haven’t received my order timely or even at all. This carrier is down right the most horrible in my opinion. At this point I won’t even shop Fashion Nova, because they now use such a trash delivery company as Lso.

I have been waiting on a package for days and have heard nothing after calling Nordstrom multiple times. I am filing a police report, not a complaint. I encourage everyone who have packages missing to do. Sounds like stealing and so just a better option to call cops and file police reports until the city has enough of it.
