The phlebotomist was able to get my blood on the first try, which surprised me because I’m usually a hard stick and they often have to send me to another center or ask me to come back another day. “We are a group of visiting nurse practitioners who was using another company for UA's, and 1 nurse for all our blood work. I happened to hear about principle labs and got in touch with Brian M. He sent me an on boarding email that was super user friendly and I got all our NP's in the systemI can not say enough about how seamless and amazing this has been. The orders and turn around time has been 24 hours on almost every single lab. I have received feedback from families so excited because they were able to get blood on one stick. I am beyond impressed with this company and anytime I have a question or I need help Brian has answered every question with a smile on his face. These are some of the nicest people I have talked to and all very educated in their field of work. I am so grateful we found you guys. I am referring you all to everyone I can. “Nicole is an amazing practitioner with a wealth of knowledge who has truly helped me address and resolve health issues that so many other practitioners (MDs, functional med practitioners, naturopaths, holistic wellness practitioners, etc.) were unable to do. She is incredibly empathetic and validating and finally made me feel like I wasn't going crazy. Her constant reassurance that we would get to the bottom of things and that there were always more solutions we could employ if needed helped me stay motivated to keep going even when symptoms persisted at times. I would absolutely recommend working with her for thyroid, hormonal, and/or gut issues (for me, it was all of the above). My only regret is not reaching out to her sooner to address my concerns. “I was really nervous coming in for bloodwork because I’ve always had a problem with people not being able to find my veins and I hate being poked multiple times, so I told emily about this issue and assured me everything would go smooth and it sure did! While I was sitting there all nervous she told me she had already found it and was almost done. I will definitely be coming back here for bloodwork in the future!”
“Family Tree DNA’s BigY-700 is the best Y-DNA test available, supported by an active community of volunteer experts to help interpret results (official and unofficial Facebook groups can be valuable resources for new and experienced users alike). However, the website feels outdated and slow, and some community advice can be misleading. For example, BigY may only provide for some testers a Y-haplogroup dating back over 2000 years, and additional costly tests are often necessary. Furthermore, some recommendations—like testing close relatives to have private variants named—may not align with all users' goals. Other products: Y-37 and Y-111 (useless for most users. Go for BigY and save yourself the frustration); autosomal DNA just OK (now they offer a partial Y-haplogroup usually several thousdand years old, something that 23andMe has been doing for years); mtFull Sequence (not very useful for genealogy. Lots of room for improvement in the way these results are presented).”

We made an appointment online and we were seen rather quickly.”
