“I found The Med Shop Plus on a quest for a local dealer of Feather Mobility Scooters. The store's manager told me he didn't have the Feather 27X in stock but that he could get one and he laid out a very good price. He has now personally home-delivered the scooter I wanted to get for my bride of 49 years so she can expand her experiences when we're out and about. She is delighted and I am impressed with this store's level of service and respect. Great job Tolu. We're now fans.”

“We came to Holcombe Medical Supply in pain searching for a boot. We left in less pain (because he had the boot we needed and personally fit it to the specifications we needed AND presented a thorough tutorial on how to use the boot) ...we also left laughing and happy. “OHC has been great to work with. Once they received the prescription from my doctor, they worked immediately with my insurance to get me the wheelchair I needed.
The customer service was wonderful and quickly answered all my questions. Ken was great to work with making sure I was kept apprised of all events and the delivery days and time. Ken even called my doctor’s office when a person there made a major blunder and almost causes my insurance to cancel the order.
After all of that, OHC for me the perfect wheelchair I need and in only an out 2 days. It is brand news and looks great. In the few days I have has the product, several people with medical facilities have commented on how well well it is made and how well it performs. And the financial part of the whole situation first wonderfully in my needed.

Nimsy was able to send the supplies that same week. she would always keep me updated everyday and made sure everything came on timely with the authorization and Dr. paperwork. I received a call from Vern on Sunday February 1st. He was very apologetic about the situation. He explained how Daniel dropped the ball in this situation and that he would be dealing with that on his end. Vern said that in light of what took place, he would have someone bring the chair I was interested in (as well as a couple others) to my house for me to test out.
He sent Preston to my house and Preston was INCREDIBLE. He was very personable, professional, well versed on the product and answered a TON of questions. The one or 2 things he didn't have an answer for he immediately got answers for.
When I decided on the product I wanted they were more than fair on pricing giving me a discount for my time and effort that had been for naught.
Vern's concerns seemed sincere. I truly believe he cared about the negative experience i had initially and went out of his way to make it right. He has followed up a few times to make sure I was happy.
His attempts to connect immediately and his sincerity is why I also purchased a bunch of accessories. His responsiveness kept a customer that could have been lost. I know one person would not break a company but he treated me like I was a valuable, important, necessary customer.
Issues CAN happen and WILL happen with every/any company, no matter how good they are. The difference between a good company and a mediocre company is the way they handle those problems. Vern handled this issue quickly and efficiently.
I will not hesitate to buy other mobility products and accessories from them in the future.
Now I will wait for all the accessories to be drop shipped to my house and will come back here and update further.

I contacted Safeway about a portable electric wheelchair called Travel Buggy City 2 Plus. I spoke at length to someone named Daniel. We made an arrangement to meet at the store on Saturday @ 11am. He said he would be there from 11-2.
I have a difficult time getting out of my house due to my disabilities. It takes quite a bit of effort and it leaves myself and my wife drained.
Daniel never showed up. NO ONE showed up. I went through all of this for nothing.”
“Good, quality splint provided. Ms. Felicia was great also. She demonstrated how it should be used and made sure I felt comfortable applying it myself. I got what I needed and the pleasant interaction was a plus.”

It must have been my lucky day because Carley, at the location on Kirby, was the representative I was blessed to connect with. She was patient and fun...making the experience a very pleasant one. When there was an issue with a slow delivery, she followed it up and made me aware that the supplier was running late. After her involvement, I got the missing garment. Lately I have had a run of bad health and the loss of a dear little pup, who she had known. Her empathy and compassion on a personal note equaled that of her professional concern for my well being. The products are all good and my only reason for not giving a 6th star is the shipping delay.”

“Advanced Lifts installed a stairlift for my father and we were very pleased with the service that we received from Peggy and Debbie. They are very professional. We never had any problems with the stairlift- it was very dependable. When we no longer needed the stairlift, I contacted Advancelifts and they did an excellent job removing the stairlift and also reinstalled the original stair hand rails for us. i feel that they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.”
