Just got most excellent customer service from Ruby and Alex at the Bellaire and Cook location. Ruby took the time to contact customer service, remain on the line until my issue was resolved. She also took notes for me. Been coming here 3 years and always top notch service. They deserve 10 stars and a raise!!!!
