There is an old woman named Karla who did not want to receive my payment. I want to file a complaint with her manager. I don't know why they have incompetent people. She is stupid. She always makes rules. The other girl is a thousand times better. She is super sociable.

Finding out now from Metro that this store has employees who either aren't trained successfully or they were trying to make a commission of some sort! I was told that for a device I had some connection issues with, couldn't be fixed! They Even said with the insurance I was paying 2 years plus on the device, couldn't help me get my device serviced in any other way possible! Soooo, they suggested I buy a new phone... Full price, no upgrade of any sort available! Well... After speaking with Headquarters... All of this was incorrect and a lie! Be careful using this MetroPCS store... THEY WILL GET YOU IF YOU AREN'T EDUCATED ON YOUR PHONE SERVICE!!!

Joana was so helpful. She worked for hours to make sure I got my number back from my previous company and stayed late when she didn’t have to. She is truly the best Metro representative I’ve ever seen.
