First time customer and had a GREAT experience with this company. The contact via email was pretty fast and responsive. Also, the person who delivered our couch was AMAZING! I didn't get his name, but he took the time to bring it to the 3rd floor, unbox it and made sure everything looked good. Would definitely buy again!
